YOU Don't Have To Learn "How" To Do This On Your Own. Wealthy Affiliate Is Here To Help
With World Wide Chat, Blogs, Support, And Tools To Make Knowledge Of Technical "Stuff" Unnecessary.
Anyone can start affiliate marketing online.
The great thing about affiliate marketing is that there is no discrimination. No matter if you are part of “The Silent Generation”, also known as “Depression babies” or “WWII babies,” (people born between 1925-1942), “Baby Boomers” (born between 1946-1964), “Generation X” (after the Baby Boomers, up until the late 1970’s), or "Generation Y” or “The Millennial Generation” (born from the 1980′s to early 2000's). Someone with absolutely no experience in affiliate marketing can create a real possibility for a lucrative career. The only requirement is an internet connection. Nowadays, even if you do not have an internet connection at home there are many places like libraries a person can go to get an internet connection.
What a person can choose to promote is wide open.
Affiliate Marketing choices are available for almost every interest one might have. This means that YOU can work on something daily you consider interesting - while at the same time making money! You can live where you please and telecommute every day.
Have an Internet connection and a computer, will travel. YOU can market products from anywhere in the world.
The possibility of wealth exists.
Affiliate Marketing is a world-wide possibility. Successful marketers are able to reach literally thousands of different people every month to sell their products or services to.
Once customers start trusting you, the buying of products or services happens 24 X 7. You can start on a minimal budget. If you decided to open a brick-and-mortar selling clothing for example, you would need retail floor-space, employees, and start-up funds; not to mention the fixed cost overhead, a big investment.
Starting an internet business requires buying the equivalent of a store, but it is much cheaper!
You will need to learn new skills
Internet marketing requires time to study, learn, and practice new things. If you are not prepared to learn how to make a simple website for example, this may not be the right industry for you. Wealthy Affiliates makes this studying, learning and practicing very easy to do, reducing the learning curve. Wealthy Affiliates also has real time chat for whenever you have questions about the training.
The internet is full of misguided information
Unfortunately, there are many scams offering short-cuts, and all sorts of pie in the sky products. Joining Wealthy Affiliates and sticking with it will reduce getting distracted by this and therefore will mitigate this "Con".
You will need to spend time daily to grow your business
Contrary to the scams out there, there isn't an "Easy" button to push. Affiliate Marketing is not hard or difficult there are just a lot of moving pieces one has to learn and implement consistently.
Have you decided whether this is really for you?
If you dread the thought of spending time consistently, or do not like the idea of learning new things then you MAY NOT be right for Affiliate Marketing. Building online wealth takes time, it is not a get rich quick type of thing. If the “cons” listed above DON'T put you off, then I recommend you get started. To learn more about this industry and start turning YOUR ONLINE DREAM into a reality, feel free to visit Wealthy Affiliates. You can even sign up for free to take a test drive
Have You Ever Wondered What A Membership Site Was?
Facebook is probably one of the most popular of all membership websites.
Membership Sites have a high learning curve and require a lot of work. Generally a team of people build and promote membership sites.
Membership websites restrict access to members only. Some membership websites do not let non-members access their site at all, while others set permissions that limit non-members' website access. In some cases, for example, non-members may view website content, but members may be able to actually post content. While the ability to create website memberships is generally included as part of core website content management systems (CMS), certain customizations must be done to accommodate the type of membership site you are running.
Where In The World Would I Find Digital Products To Offer On My Blog?
Amazon Has A Fairly Large Affiliate Program
Digital goods or e-goods are intangible goods that exist in digital form. In electronic commerce, digital goods is a term used to describe any goods that are stored, delivered, and used in electronic format.
Digital goods can be obtained through e-mail or downloaded online. Examples include digital media, such as e-books, downloadable music, internet television and streaming media; fonts and graphics; digital subscriptions; online ads (as purchased by the advertiser); internet coupons; electronic tickets; online casino tokens; electronically traded financial instruments; downloadable software and mobile apps; cloud-based applications and online games; and virtual goods used within the virtual economies of online games and communities. Digital goods has promoted a more greener way of living. Using e-books instead of conventional paper books may help to reduce the amount of paper used on a global scale.
Clickbank is the largest digital goods sites with an affiliate program. These digital products can easily be added to monetize a website or blog.
Drop Shipping Allows You To Sell Products Without Having To Stock And Ship Merchandise
Learning to have an online business doing Drop Shipping has a REALLY HIGH learning curve and is not recommended for those just starting out online. Most of the Drop Shippers also require a Corporate Tax ID known in the U.S. as an EIN.
Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. As in retail businesses, the majority of retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price but some retailers earn an agreed percentage of the sales in commission, paid by the wholesaler to the retailer.

How Would You Like To Learn How To Blog
And Make Money While Doing it?
This entire website is an example of a blog website.
Feel free to click through the Pages, Categories, and Posts. This website was built while working through the easy to follow step by step training at Wealthy Affiliate.
A blog can have "static pages". The "category" pages are also known as a blogroll because a "categories" page shows all of the "posts" connected to that "category". A standalone post and static pages are known as blogs.
Here are some screen shots to show the difference between a "static page" and a "blog roll".
When looking for a definition one of my favorite places to look is ask.com.
1. a website containing a writer's or group of writers' own experiences, observations, opinions, etc., and often having images and links to other websites.
2. a single entry or post on such a website: She regularly contributes a blog to the magazine's website.
VERB (USED WITHOUT OBJECT) [BLOGGED, BLOG•GING.]
3. to maintain or add new entries to a blog.
VERB (USED WITH OBJECT) [BLOGGED, BLOG•GING.]
4. to express or write about on a blog: She’s been blogging her illness for almost a year."
The word "blog" was created by truncating two words "web log" became "blog". A blog can be a discussion or informational site. Blogs are made up of "posts", "categories", and "pages. There are a lot of different ways to organize a blog. Generally "posts" are categorized within the "categories", then the "categories" within the "pages".
An Internet forum, or message board, is an online discussion site where people can hold conversations in the form of posted messages. Chat rooms, by contrast are usually just one line of text. Forums allow people to post messages. Messages are attached to threads, threads are generally topic specific. Message might need to be approved by a moderator before it becomes visible. Threads can be replied to by many people.
Some forums require a sign-in in order to participate and leave messages. Different forums have different rules, for instance promoting in some forums is considered spam. Other forums may have a thread (topic) where people can promote anything they want.
The fact that the messages and replies to it stay in place, people can participate at different times. In other words, people do not all need to be online at the same time to be able to participate. Chats require participants to be online at the same time to participate and generally the chats are not saved offline in order to be accessed later.
The forum owner has the capability to give different people different levels of access. Generally speaking only administration level and/or moderator levels can remove postings. Some forums require a moderator to approve a posting prior to it being visible, others allow visibility immediately.
A good example of an Internet Marketing Forum is the Warrior Forum. This forum does require logging in to be able to post, guests can read through the various threads. This forum has a significant participation. People from all over the world post about a variety of topics having to do with making money online. The forum is recommended for research purposes, however, it is extremely easy to get caught up in buying and buying and buying all the latest and greatest products.
Everything you need to learn you can learn at Wealthy Affiliate. The training is top notch and thorough. Included with the training is access to ask questions and chat with other members.
B2C, or business-to-consumer, is the type of commerce transaction in which businesses sell products or services to consumers. Traditionally, this could refer to individuals shopping for clothes for themselves at the mall, diners eating in a restaurant, or subscribing to pay-per-view TV at home. More recently, the term B2C refers to the online selling of products, or e-tailing, in which manufacturers or retailers sell their products to consumers over the Internet.
It is one of four categories of e-commerce, along with B2B (business to business), C2B (customer to business) and C2C (customer to customer).
The B2C model is likely the model that most people are familiar with. If you've ever purchased an item online for your own use, you've e-tailed. Pretty much any product can be sold through e-tailing, also known as virtual storefronts. The concept was first developed in 1979 by Michael Aldrich, an English inventor, who connected a television set to a transaction processing computer with a telephone line and coined the term "teleshopping."
The next examples are of website I supported for a couple of years.
Here is an example of a B2C Informational Website. This website supports the services and products available at the brick and mortar store. Click on the image to see a larger image.
Here is an example of a B2C Shopping Cart Website. This website supports selling products online. The shopping cart being used is Miva Merchant. There are many other available shopping carts. Click on the image to see a larger image.
Business-to-business (B2B) are generally websites or instant messaging tools used and developed within corporations. B2B websites would generally be implemented in a consulting role to organizations.
Business-to-business (B2B) describes commerce transactions between businesses, such as between a manufacturer and a wholesaler, or between a wholesaler and a retailer. Contrasting terms are business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-government (B2G). B2B branding is a term used in marketing.
The overall volume of B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions is much higher than the volume of B2C transactions. The primary reason for this is that in a typical supply chain there will be many B2B transactions involving sub components or raw materials, and only one B2C transaction, specifically sale of the finished product to the end customer. For example, an automobile manufacturer makes several B2B transactions such as buying tires, glass for windscreens, and rubber hoses for its vehicles. The final transaction, a finished vehicle sold to the consumer, is a single (B2C) transaction.
B2B is also used in the context of communication and collaboration. Many businesses are now using social media to connect with their consumers (B2C); however, they are now using similar tools within the business so employees can connect with one another. When communication is taking place amongst employees, this can be referred to as "B2B" communication.
